This hotel is excellent value for money and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff are friendly and attentive, ensuring that you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The location is perfect, right in the center with easy access to restaurants, shops, and attractions. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with beautiful Mountain views. The breakfast is delicious and offers a variety of choices to satisfy every taste.

No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

I had such a great time at this hotel! the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and they even allowed me to bring my two dogs along, which was a big plus. The apartment itself exceeded my expectations; it was much bigger than I anticipated and had a stunning view from the balcony. Additionally, everything I needed was already provided in the room, making my stay hassle-free. The location was also perfect for a mini vacation, with beautiful surroundings and just a short walk away from the festival area. I can't recommend this hotel enough!

The rooms were spacious and clean, with well-equipped kitchens and a great view of the surroundings. The location was excellent, just a few minutes away from the main attractions and with easy access to public transportation. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel lacked proper soundproofing, making it almost impossible to get a good night's sleep due to the loud noise of other guests. The pillows had an unpleasant smell, and we found dog poop scattered all over the playground, which was quite disappointing. The price was too high for the overall experience.

Spent our new year vacation here and it was such a great experience! We loved the fact that they offered breakfast, which was very delicious that we didn't need to go out for our first meal of the day. the location was perfect! It was so easy to walk to the restaurants and shops nearby. Plus, there was a small store where we could buy basic needs, very convenient!

That we were charged extra for our children without prior warning. It would have been better if they could have mentioned it beforehand so we wouldn't have been caught off guard and had to pay more than we initially expected.

We're in a prime spot for sightseeing here. With the city center within walking distance, we visited many local attractions. the lake is easily accessible, and we enjoyed some beautiful walks. Our room had a great view, and the facilities provided were excellent.

The restaurant was incredibly crowded and had limited seating, requiring a long wait for breakfast.
